Simplified Integration
IND360 is available with certified automation interfaces, sample programming code, documentation and automation drivers including Rockwell EDS, Siemens GSD,
GSDML, Beckhoff ESI and Mitsubishi CSP+. The modern web interface allows for convenient local and remote configuration and service. OPC UA and JSON REST
API enable data exchange with IT systems. These run simultaneously to the PLC (PROFINET or EtherNet/IP) communication.
Select from a variety of controller interfaces including PROFINET (S2 redundancy supported), PROFIBUS DP, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, CC-Link IE Field Basic and
Modbus RTU. Discrete I/O and Analog output 4-20mA are also available for the IND360.

costs, eliminating errors and improving measurement accuracy. For example the shim adjustment step indicates where to shim and even the thickness of the shim,
saving engineers time during installation. In addition, it prevents production accidents and material losses caused by an overload of an individual weigh module.

IND360dynamic is designed for in-motion and static weighing on conveying systems including checkweighing. Its advanced filtering capabilities combined with
480Hz processing speed ensuring exceptional weighing results. The user-friendly web interface facilitates simple configuration and offers a graphical analysis
tool to fine-tune the system. To maximize throughput when processing a mix of short and long items, IND360dynamic offers a unique multi-item mode to
determine the weight of each individual objects.
Rate Control
IND360rateControl is an innovative application for precise control of loss-in-weight feeders and pumps. It delivers high accuracy by dynamically adjusting feed
rates based on real-time weight measurements. The advanced “system identification mode” automatically calculates optimal control parameters, minimizing
training and engineering efforts. Additionally, the unique SignalAnalyzer™ provides insights into the device's runtime behavior, enabling remote identification
of issues like malfunctioning equipment or clumping material.
